Please consider changing age rating

My 6 year old was asking me to download this app for her. I did not download it until she was in bed and I could review it myself . I was wondering why this app is showing up since our restrictions are set at 9+. This app is rated for age 4+. Therefore it will show up in an App Store search even if restrictions are in place not to allow apps 9+. With a title such as "college chic "and description referring to mature subject matters such as dating, Im asking that you reconsider the minimum age rating to at least 12+ otherwise you are intentionally targeting small children.
